Congratulations to the Waltham 12U Waetzig team for winning the City/Town League Championship beating Watertown 14-8. The game was played last Thursday at O’Connell Field in Watertown. 

The team came out strong, building an early lead and maintaining control from start to finish. While Watertown mounted a comeback, our girls never let the game slip away — showing poise, focus, and grit throughout. At no point did the outcome feel in doubt.

The girls have worked hard all season showing great teamwork, determination, and love for the game. From solid pitching and clutch hits to heads-up defense and all-around hustle, this was a total team effort.
